Who is your manufacturer? TOP A: When I started telling family friends that I was starting a clothing line, this was the first question they asked. It took me by surprise, and they were just as surprised when I said “ME”. Everything that I sell is handmade by me- which leads to the next question… How long will it take for my order to be made? TOP A: Due to the custom order aspect of my business, I require 2-3 weeks to make each order. Sometimes it will take 2 days, sometimes it will take the full 3 weeks. It really depends on a variety of factors, ranging between my order load, if my kids are sick and everything in between. I don't have my Granddaughter's measurements~ do I really need them? TOP
Very few of my outfits *require* measurements. However, the only way that I can *guarantee* a proper fit is if you provide me with accurate measurements. There is a link to my "standard" measurements and sizes on the home page. If you do not have measurements, please use this to select the size you'd like to order. I need matching Flower Girl dresses.... TOP I am more then happy to work with you if you need special flower girl dresses or a special dress/set for any occassion. Contact me and we can work out the details... I need my order next week! Is that possible? TOP My honest answer is "sometimes". If this is the case, please contact me prior to ordering. Much of the time it will be no problem, but sometimes it simply is not possible. Currently I do not have a charge for rush orders. When/how often do you post new items? TOP That really depends on how much time I have! I have a ton of fabric on the shelves and ideas in my head, but I can only work so fast. Sometimes I may post 3 new outfits a week, and then go a month with nothing new. Spring and Fall are when I will be listing the most new designs. My suggestion? Check back frequently! I’d love that skirt for my 8 year old, will you make it that big for me? Why don’t you offer those pants in a bigger size? TOP Absolutely, just contact me. The price will most likely go up a bit, however. I have stuck with smaller sizes mainly because that is my focus. Part of it, however, such as with some of the pants, is that a size 3 often requires significantly less fabric then a 4. Some of the clothes I stop at a smaller size simply because of the cost- if I were to offer it larger, the price would go up. I’m more then happy to make them larger upon request, though.Absolutely, just contact me... I have made several big sister as well as Mommy sets to match. |
